Staying on Track with Your New Year’s Resolutions

The COVID-19 pandemic can definitely make it more difficult to hold onto your resolutions for 2020, but as long as your goal wasn’t to go on any big trips, these tips might help you reclaim your momentum!

  • Get creative with your resolution! Make adjustments that help you stay on track even with our current unforeseen circumstances. There is no rule saying you can’t adjust or even completely reset your goal!
  • Schedule time for it! If you’re following our tip to keep to a routine even in quarantine, block out some time each day or week to work on your goal; find new recipes for healthy eating, look up a home exercise routine for the week ahead, analyze your finances, whatever helps you with your goal.
  • Make a vision board! Vision boards are actually incredibly helpful with achieving goals. they give us a visual of what it is we want and that helps our brain to process new ways of achieving those goals.
