Here at our elevated boutique luxury hotel, The William, we take the idea of Groundhog Day very seriously. Creativity, whether it be writing a book, painting a masterpiece, or creating your next yoga flow, you need to understand how behind you we are and how we have created our rooms to be a quiet respite, to truly get to work. As the Groundhog does every year on Groundhog Day, we like to provide an oasis to check your shadow, and truly decide whether to move on, or keep repeating. The obvious choice is to move on, however, sometimes, it takes a brave idea to repeat something you feel has not been fully completed. Here at The William, we believe you have a choice to move forward in the manner you feel is right for your betterment in this life. But sometimes we feel stuck. It starts to become way too easy to do the same thing over and over again, wishing for a different future, or outcome. This is where we can help you “move on.”
The issue with needing to clean up the past or repeat something that you feel is incomplete is an amazing way to move forward. The reason this choice to return to an unfinished vision, or move on to others becomes difficult due to the existential angst. This idea of #FOMO or Fear of Missing Out comes in because of the belief that there is only one answer, but truly all of your dreams have a place, and more importantly a time. This means you can do it all, and Groundhog Day is just a day to reflect on direction. The William invites you to take time off, during your normal work week, as we know you are getting ready for the next week during most weekends.
