Undisclosed Pet Fees:
A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for non-disclosed pets in any room

Service Animals:
Service dogs are not considered pets. They are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. (Under ADA rules, a service dog must always be under the control of its owner. Service dogs must be tethered, harnessed, or leashed.)

NOTE: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs (ESA’s) are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking and 1 nights room and tax will be charged to guarantee the reservation.

All cancellations and changes must be received at least 72 hours prior to the expected arrival date.

Cancellations received within the 72 hour time frame will be charged one night of Room and Tax.

Required at check-in:

  • Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges
  • Government-issued photo ID may be required
  • Minimum check-in age is 21

Damages caused to guest room(s), its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the sole responsibility of the guest, and you may be charged an additional fee based on the specific damage.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon early departure, an Early Departure Charge of one night’s room and tax applies.

Smoking Policy:
The William is a smoke-free environment (including cigars, cigarettes, and vaping).

An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your qualifying credit card for the deep-cleaning required to restore our rooms following violation of the smoking policy or in the event of significant damage to the property.
